Timelines and Delivery

Big River Marketing, LLC delivers services such as SEO, paid media management, content production, and conversion improvements according to agreed scopes and schedules. Results from third-party platforms (for example, search rankings or ad auction dynamics) depend on factors outside our control; timelines we provide are estimates based on experience, not guarantees of specific outcomes.

Fees and Media Spend

Client invoices may include our service fees and, where applicable, charges for media or tools paid to third parties. Amounts paid directly to ad networks or other vendors are generally subject to those providers’ refund policies. Service fees are due as specified in your agreement or statement of work so work can continue without interruption.

Client Cooperation

The effectiveness of Big River Marketing, LLC’s services depends on timely client cooperation—including access to websites, analytics accounts, ad accounts, brand assets, and approvals. Delays in providing access or feedback may shift delivery dates or limit what we can accomplish within a given period.
